The Crew Chronicles
Let’s introduce you to an anchor on our team…
Kristen Paladino
VP, Strategy and Client Services
What project at UOTB has had the biggest impact on you?
A recent video shoot featuring a patient testimonial really stands out because it was my first chance to see firsthand how the medical technologies we help promote can transform lives—not just for the patient, but for their entire family. It filled me with immense pride for the work we do. Being part of sharing such a powerful story was truly an honor
What project pushed you to grow the most?
Taking over interviews and training recommendations for an advanced remote monitoring technology was a game-changer. I had to dive in quickly to understand the product and research, interview HCPs, and even lead a two-day workshop with the sales team. It was a whirlwind, but I learned so much and was proud to help deliver an effective, valuable tool.
What keeps you coming back to the beach?
Without a doubt, the people. This team is collaborative, caring, and downright hilarious. I’ve never worked with a group that sets the bar so high while being this fun!
What are you most excited about for the future of UOTB?
I think we have an incredible opportunity to evolve and solidify our presence as a premier healthcare and MedTech agency. As trust continues to grow with our clients, I’m excited to see how our work will grow and innovate along with it!
What’s your favorite out-of-office activity?
When I’m not at UOTB, you’ll find me kickboxing, cooking, reading, puzzling, or traveling—ideally somewhere warmer than Chicago! I also enjoy tackling Jillian Michaels workouts to stay on my toes.
When you travel to warmer places, what’s your dream destination, or do you have a favorite spot you’ve visited?
I recently visited St. John in the Virgin Islands, and it’s hands down my favorite beach destination so far. Every beach was breathtaking, and the fact that they’re all part of a National Park makes it even more special. It’s truly nature’s paradise—perfect for hiking, swimming, and exploring. I’m already planning a return trip!
What’s the most challenging puzzle you’ve tackled?
I am doing it now. 3000 pieces, all one color with different gradients. It’s mind numbing but I won’t quit.
