The Challenge
ZOLL’s wearable heart defibrillator product, LifeVest, is a best-in-class innovation addressing the most pressing needs of both patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs). For nearly 20 years, it’s been the only Wearable Cardiac Defibrillator (WCD) and ZOLL continues to innovate in improving the product performance as well as the HCP and patient experience. This continual innovation, however, wasn’t clearly communicated in their most recent marketing of the product.
